G-Shock GF-8250ER-2JF Men In Military Frogman

Hi, everyone. this is my review on one of the most popular models among all g-shock models which is the Frogman. Specifically the

GF-8250ER-2JF or 2DR

the frogman models so far had been the most famous models next to the standard 3 eyed round models. Despite of it's high retail price, a frogman model had been a dream to be own at least one unit by every g-shock collectors.

This navy blue series model was based on the basic gf-8250 models as its main engine. The band and bezel was made with resin like any other models but it's buckle and the back plate was made with stainless steel material.

Following the from the Master of G production line models, this military coloured theme models was born and first released in April 2012. Specifically named Men In Military Colour.

With a khaki and navy blue as a base colour, it's band & bezel was also made with a matte finished which brings out the two toned colour design. Navy blue is the perfect colour of choice that you could match with almost every outfits you guys have to make sure you rock this time piece! Excellent.

I also made an unboxing video without any commentary as can be seen down below:

Here is the link to the video if guys cant view it from this site :

This model also made with a cool military fashion EL back light. With a press of a button, a large ship anchor with a snake spiraling around it will appear for few seconds. With all technological toughness already being added to this model, this back light design really illustrate this time piece to looks even tougher.

This model retails in Japan at 45,000¥ + 8% tax which is still considerably affordable and standard with other gf-82xx models out there. If you guys are lucky, you'll be able to get it below retails price at some watch store all over Japan. I had seen a lot of used but still with mint condition being sold lower than retails so if you're low on funds, head to Yahoo Japan Auction and test your luck!

Better grab them fast if you are a fan of the Master of G series - The Frogman.
